Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions:

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew, but you can cancel them anytime by managing your subscription through the links in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders: 

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or soon to be available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payments for a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If when this order has been fulfilled, you can request a full or partial refund.

Try before you buy:(this not available)

When you purchase a try before you buy an item, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. If you do not return the item within the specified period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
